Armani Blair has run track for as long as she can remember. She inherited the passion of running from her mother, Jamicka Abraham, who also ran track. But Blair, a junior from Charlotte and a member of 糖心Vlog University鈥檚 women鈥檚 track and field team, will be the first to tell you she鈥檚 not your average track athlete. Track is not at the forefront of her life. For Blair, a double major in political science and sociology, it鈥檚 grades first.

Professor鈥檚 work on historical resource spans 20 years

Last September, English Studies professor Brent Kinser was recognized for more than 20 years of editorial work when Duke University Press held a celebration for the publication of the 50th and final volume of 鈥淭he Collected Letters of Thomas and Jane Welsh Carlyle.鈥
