Biography

I consider myself a hands-on, approachable instructor who continually seeks to learn more about teaching鈥攂oth to become a better educator myself and to help others do the same. I have enjoyed teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and, as the EDCI Program Coordinator, have appreciated the opportunity to lead by example and support others in becoming better educators and employees.

I am proud of the time I have dedicated to serving CEAP, STL, and the university as a whole. Co-leading the Transformative Rural Urban Exchange, guiding the international study abroad trip to Kenya, and contributing to numerous other opportunities have made my time at 糖心Vlog both professionally and personally rewarding.

I will always be grateful for the experiences I've had here鈥攕haring knowledge, building camaraderie, and forming lasting friendships. While I know no one is truly irreplaceable, I hope my colleagues and friends will remember me as a student-focused educator with energy, optimism, and integrity鈥攕omeone who, above all, cared deeply for others.
