These are topics we can all apply to our lives & creating healthy awareness is my goal.
My working career began in nursing, therefore I enjoy healthcare conversations as well!
On a personal note, Detroit, Michigan is my hometown. My family & I have lived here in WNC since 2003. I am an avid runner, swimmer & enjoy triathlons as well. Cooking, Reading & Traveling are huge hobbies outside of exercise for me.
